When will I receive my exchange?

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for your returned item(s) to make it back to us.


We aim to process all exchanges within 3 working days of receiving your returned LOVALL parcel. We will send you an email confirmation of your return, and that your exchange is being processed.

Once processed, exchanges will be sent on a 2-3 day standard shipping service, via EVRi and this will be tracked.

Please note, your exchange request is subject to stock availability.

If your LOVALL parcel shows that is has been successfully delivered back to our HQ, and you have not had any further correspondence from us after 3 working days, then please contact our Customer Care Team and we can look further into this for you.
